HMS didn't like the fact that I own the copyright / intellectual property rights of AMG-SIU's core software.
They thought they bought all rights when they acquired AMG-SIU.
However, AMG-SIU never owned the copyright.
I wrote a lot of the code that is the foundation of AMG-SIU's core software while I was an independent contractor.

Opera browser issues

Why does Opera 10.53 still keep crashing and freezing all of my over 100 tabs in 10+ open windows. I was expecting that they would have independent processes for each tab or at least each window by now. It is ridiculous to run everything in one process, especially considering the issues with Adobe Flash. If they don’t fix this issue soon I will have no choice but to switch back to IE.

Name tags in Picasa 3.5

Picasa 3.5 comes with a great new feature called “name tags”. It allows you to tag faces in your pictures with names. Picasa then detects similar faces which makes the classification much easier and saves lots of time.
